Cancellation fees:
- On or before 15 February, 2017 – Full refund less a DKK 375 (€ 50) administration fee.
- As from 16 February until and including 15 April, 2017: DKK 1125 (€ 150) will be charged.
- After 15 April, 2017 – No refunds.
Registration procedure
- After you have completed your registration you should receive a notification of this via email to the email address entered on the registration form. If no notification has arrived, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you cannot find any notification, we kindly ask you to contact MCI at confirmation@mci-group.com to check your registration status.
- If you have requested a Letter of Invitation, this will be sent out once the payment for the registration has reached MCI’s account.
- If you have been offered a special rate, please make sure that you have your registration code ready. Should you have forgotten the code, please email MCI for assistance.
- If you have special dietary requirements, you will be able to enter this when making registration for the conference/meeting.
- Once the registration has been completed the cancellation policy will apply if you cancel your registration.
Payment methods
Invoice
- Our invoices are sent as PDF files (and not via regular mail) to the e-mail address on the registration for environmental reasons.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to forward the invoice to the correct place for payment.
- If you have not received your invoice via email within 1 hour after completing your registration, please contact confirmation@mci-group.com for assistance. Please double check that the email has not ended up in your spam folder because of the attached invoice.
- An unpaid invoice is not equal to a cancelled registration. Cancellation conditions still apply, since these were accepted when you finalized the registration.
Credit card
Please note that we require “3D secure” identification (authenticated payment system that offers added security for your online purchases) on our registration forms. If your credit card payment is not approved, please confirm with your bank that your card is accepted for international payment, online payment and has activated 3D Secure. During payment, before validating the transaction. To validate the payment you may be asked to: enter your date of birth, enter a code received by SMS and answer a security question.
